the location suited my needs acceptably.

The room's temperature control was poor. I found it difficult to adjust to a comfortable level, even after contacting the front desk several times. staff needed multiple reminders to address issues, the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly . i found this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed calibre.
